Inteprex is operated by FOP Ihnatova Mariia Oleksiivna (sole proprietorship registered in Ukraine).
We collect your email address, which you enter before starting the Inteprex Quick Check questionnaire, and your Quick Check result (your IP Readiness Score and the risk categories identified). We store your result linked to your email address to deliver your results and send you follow-up emails. If you send a request through the contact form for custom requests on our website, we collect the email address and the message you enter, and use them only to reply to your request. Your questionnaire answers are used to generate your result, but they are not linked to your email and are not stored. Your IP address is processed temporarily to limit the number of requests and protect the service from abuse; it is held in memory for up to one hour and is not stored or linked to your email. The email address you enter before the questionnaire is also saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your device, so that our forms can be pre-filled with it. This is not a cookie and it is not sent to us automatically; you can delete it by clearing this website's data in your browser.
We use your email address to: deliver your IP readiness assessment results, send you follow-up recommendations on protecting your intellectual property, and offer our paid services (such as the Full Analysis).
Your questionnaire answers are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for analysis. Your email address is not sent to Anthropic. Anthropic does not use API data for model training. The AI generates an assessment based on your answers and returns the result. We store your result together with your email address as described in section 1. We send emails through Resend (resend.com), which processes your email address and the content of our emails on our behalf to deliver them.
We process your email address on two legal bases: our legitimate interest in providing the IP readiness assessment results you requested, and your consent, which you give by submitting your email after being informed of this Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by writing to mihnatova@prostoyurydychno.com.
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers listed in section 9 process data only on our behalf and only to the extent needed to run the service.
Your data is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including rate limiting, input validation, and access controls.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We review stored data periodically and delete email addresses that are no longer needed for the purposes in section 2.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, withdraw your consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To request deletion or exercise any other right, email us at mihnatova@prostoyurydychno.com. For EU residents: these rights are provided under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For Ukrainian residents: these rights are provided under the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Personal Data'.
We use the following service providers: Anthropic (Claude API) for AI analysis of your questionnaire answers - their privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy; Vercel for hosting - their privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy; Resend (resend.com) for sending emails - their privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
We use only essential cookies required for the website to function. We also use your browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember the email address you entered before the questionnaire, so that forms can be pre-filled; this data stays on your device. No tracking cookies are used. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (page views, button clicks). No cookies are used for analytics. No personal data is collected through analytics.
