The Inteprex service provides a preliminary automated assessment only. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice. The results are generated by AI based on your self-reported answers and should not be relied upon as legal counsel. The assessment is designed to help you identify potential IP gaps and prioritize areas for further investigation.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date analysis, the quality of the assessment depends on the accuracy and completeness of your answers. The AI may not account for all jurisdiction-specific nuances or recent legislative changes. We recommend using the results as a starting point for a more detailed review of your specific situation.
By using the service, you agree to: provide accurate and truthful answers to the questionnaire, use the results for lawful purposes only, not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, not use automated tools or bots to access the service.
The Inteprex service, including its design, questionnaire structure, analysis methodology, and code, is the intellectual property of the service operator. Your assessment results are generated specifically for you and may be used by you for your internal business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on the assessment results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
The Quick Check assessment is provided free of charge with usage limits. The Full Report and additional services are provided at the prices indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine, unless the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
